We brewed this beer in collaboration with our with our friends from Northern Crow Brewery, based in Waterdown, Ontario. Fly by Night has all your classic stout characteristics — it’s jet black, creamy, full-bodied, and has a bold dark malt roast — but we upped the ante by adding Belgian chocolate and dry-hopping with Sabro hops. The chocolate comes through on the sip, while the Sabro adds unique tropical, herbal and coconut aromas and flavours.
