This is the custom coffee blend that we used to brew Breakfast Milk Stout — developed by our friends from Domestiique in Dundas and roasted by Classic Gourmet Coffee.

Medium to medium dark blend of beans from Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil and Ethiopia. Each bean is individually roasted to create a unique and complex flavour.
