On the sip, you’ll get sweet cherry flavour that coats the tongue and carries into a strong cherry finish with a hint of almond/marzipan. It’s dry and effervescent, with a well‑balanced honey‑cereal grain character that makes this sour super easy to crush on the patio.

With fairly low acidity, it’s an ideal beer for anyone easing into sour styles.
