Black Dog BBQ and Cdn Drum Smoker & Co. are teaming up to bring you another hands-on BBQ class. This is a full backyard‑BBQ experience — part education, part dinner. They’ll walk you through their approach to low‑and‑slow cooking, from choosing cuts to trimming, seasoning, smoking, and slicing. You’ll learn the fundamentals of great BBQ, plus practical tips and tricks you can use on your own grill or smoker at home.
