More about the chef:

Chef Aicha Smith-Belghaba is Mohawk Turtle clan from Six Nations. She’s the owner & Chef of Esha's Eats, a local catering company. Her love and passion for cooking are deeply rooted in her upbringing — her Mother is from Six Nations and Father from Algeria. These two cultures have both greatly connected to her development as a young Chef. Aicha grew up in the kitchen with the matriarchs of her families. She was taught the importance of food, respecting the ingredients you have on hand what's available locally. She creates dishes with great care and love for the land and guest.

Join Aicha for her first pop up at Grain & Grit for a meal that is inspired by her time in the kitchen in Algeria with her Grandma Fatima!
