We’re excited to welcome Maisy’s Pearl to the tap room for an Oyster Pop-up on Saturday, March 9th! They’ll be shucking oysters from noon until they sell out.
About Maisy’s Pearl:
David Burns of Maisy’s Pearl has been working in the oyster world for 8 years and has won oyster-shucking competitions on a national and international level. Oysters are his passion and he feels strongly about educating others about their unique qualities, health benefits, and sustainability. His immediate goals include bringing oysters to Hamilton and creating local partnerships to share in the pairing of great products. Maisy’s Pearl is proud of the relationships they’ve established with their growers on the East Coast, and they strongly stand by the product they are bringing to the table.
