Kombucha Workshop


Join us for a 2-hour kombucha workshop at Grain&Grit on Sunday, November 24th from 11am-1pm with plant-based chef, Fraser Fitzgerald (@thatplantedfork). Taste different flavours of kombucha and learn the basics of fermentation in this intro-class to kombucha brewing. Go home with your own SCOBY so you can start your own kombucha at home!


  • Lesson on the foundations of fermentation.

  • A guided step by step demo of kombucha brewing and fermentation.

  • Taste a variety of kombucha flavours and learn the ins and outs of how to flavour your kombucha.

  • One 12 oz pour of beer of your choice.
