Learn to cook with our beer!
We’ve teamed up with Erica from Blend Catering to present a cooking class on Wednesday, June 12th from 6-9pm that combines our passion for beer and food!
Erica has created a mouth-watering 3-course meal, centered around our beer, that YOU get to prepare. We’ll be in the kitchen to cook with you to answer any questions you might have about our beer and we will have some samples to share with the participants!
Here’s what’s on the menu :
‘Nearly Noble’ Battered Brie on sauce Soubise with Bacon Jam & Pickled Mustard Seeds
Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken with ‘In the Palms’ Beurre Blanc, Rice, Black Eyed Peas & Pineapple Salsa
Beer-Soaked Raspberry & Peach Crisp with Almonds, Oats and ‘Max’s Big Beer Milkshake IPA’ Caramel Sauce.
The class will take place at the Kitchen Collective in Hamilton. Erica has an amazing teaching style, and you’ll leave the class confident and prepared to recreate this meal at home.
